Post Offer Physicals

Post offer physical are done to determine the condition of the applicant prior to employment and to evaluate their ability to perform the duties of the job for which they are applying. The employer will generally provide us with a list of the primary functions and/or complete job descriptions of their employees. If invited, one of our physicians will pay a visit to the facility to see firsthand what the job entails.

Our basic post offer physical includes:

  • Complete medical history 
  • Vital signs
  • Dip stick urine
  • Titmus vision screen
  • Physical exam of all organ systems with an emphasis on the muscular/skeletal system

Other components may be added as determined by the job description or the desire of the employer, for example:
Health Care, Police, Fire Rescue, Sheriff Deputies, EMS and Daycare Workers
